Dr. Davor Mucic, M.D., Ph.D., a psychiatrist educated in Denmark, founded the Little Prince Psychiatric Center in Copenhagen, a pioneer in European telepsychiatry since 2000. He launched the Telemental Health Section within the European Psychiatric Association in 2011 and currently chairs the World Psychiatric Association’s Digital Mental Health Section. Dr. Mucic is the Editor-in-Chief of the Edorium Journal of Psychiatry and contributes as a reviewer to the Journal of Technology in Behavioral Science, Egyptian Journal of Psychiatry and as an Editorial Advisory Board Member of the Journal of Pakistan Psychiatric Society. He is the principal author of the WPA Telepsychiatry Global Guidelines and was honored as a WPA Honorary Member in 2020. Dr. Mucic also defended the EU’s first doctoral dissertation on telepsychiatry in May 2022.
